2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to generate personalized itineraries for you and your clients, apply your company branding to exported itineraries and shared pages, improve our AI algorithms, and communicate with you about your account.

3. Client Data

If you are a travel advisor or agency using Travelmink to generate itineraries for your clients, any client names and email addresses you provide are stored securely and used only to generate and deliver itineraries on your behalf. We do not use your client data for any other purpose, and your clients' information is never shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., PDF export generation).

4. Branding Assets

Company logos, colors, and names uploaded through the Settings page are used solely to brand PDF exports and shared itinerary pages. These assets are stored securely and are not used for any other purpose.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for database management and Stripe for payment processing.

6. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services including OpenAI (for itinerary generation), Supabase (for authentication and data storage), and Stripe (for payment processing).
